Pastors Jeff & Ronda Honeycutt

Pastor Jeff Honeycutt aka “Outlaw Preacher” is the Pastor and Founder of UBOC Unified Body of Christ Ministry and UBOC Church.  He got the name “Outlaw Preacher” because of his non compromising, straight forward Preaching of the Truth and the fact that in today’s society the more Truth you speak the more of an “Outlaw” you are, thus he was given the name “Outlaw Preacher.” Jeff is a graduate of Jacksonville Theological Seminary although he is quick to tell you that his true teacher is the Holy Spirit. On May 6, 1991, Jeff had what he calls his own “Road of Demascus” experience where he physically felt Jesus wrap His arms around him and audibly heard the Lord tell him that He loved him, to take His hand, that He would lead him and teach him.” And that is exactly what has happened. Up to that point Jeff had a documented comprehension problem where he struggled to understand what he read. But that night everything changed and Jeff began a new journey as the Lord “removed the veil” as he describes, and began to lead him and teach him in ways Jeff never could have imagined.   In addition to all the teaching, Pastor Jeff also experienced several personal healings, such as the healing of his back, where he had suffered for over 10 years through 4 back surgeries and an open wound where his spine leaked fluid and was exposed. The night before Jeff was to have a 5th major surgery, the Lord spoke to another Pastor at a service and they laid hands on Jeff that evening and his back was completely healed.  Pastor Jeff has seen and experienced the healings and miracles of walking in Faith and Trusting the Lord in his own life and the lives of countless family, friends and others. Today, Pastor Jeff believes, teaches and preaches about the miracles of God and the fact that the gifts of the Spirit did not pass away but are still very much alive and in operation today and the miracles of God are still happening today for those who believe. Pastor Jeff is authentic in his Preaching and Teaching and has a deep desire to disciple people and see them grow and have a daily walking, talking personal relationship with the Lord that is Real and Personal.    Because of Jeff’s own struggles early in life, he relates to people in a very personal way. He is accepting of people right where they are in life because Jesus came to him at his lowest point in life and changed everything in Jeff’s life and because of that, Jeff understands, if God can change him and do the things in his life that He has done,  he can change anyone.  Pastor Jeff says “That there is nothing this side of heaven like getting to be a part of the Lord changing someone’s life and seeing them have a real and personal daily relationship with Jesus Christ.  Jeff is married to his lovely wife Ronda who has grown up in the ministry.  

Ronda grew up in a Christian home, her father and both of her grandfather’s were Assembly of God ministers and both Ronda and her brother Milton went to Southwest Assembly of God College in Waxahachie, Texas.  Ronda also attended Texas Wesleyan University in Ft. Worth, Texas.  Ronda felt the Lord calling her into the ministry at a young age and has served in ministry since she was 17 years old as a member of the Christian Education Club at SAGU. She has served as Children’s Pastor and started a clown ministry that would go to Christian Schools and Churches to minister to the children. Ronda later taught classes in both the Assembly of God and Non-Denominational Churches. She has served in leadership positions in the Missionettes and Royal Rangers (Assembly of God girls and boys programs).  Ronda has served as Youth Pastor, Worship Team member, VBS Coordinator, Sunday School Teacher for various ages and Women’s Ministry Director.  She was a Missionary to Alaska working in a mission with troubled teens.    With her command of the word and her nurturing spirit, Ronda ministers to the children of UBOC and helps conduct outreach ministries to connect with those in need of comfort and the nourishment that only God can give. 

She currently lives in Alvord, Texas with her husband Jeff and they are Pastors of the Unified Body of Christ Church in Paradise, Texas and together they run the UBOC Ministry.
